Ronin/Sentinel (2008) is now on view at the British Museum in London as part of their major exhibition Samurai, running until 4 May 2026.
The show traces over 1000 years of samurai history, from medieval battlefields to contemporary culture, across some 280 objects. It is the first exhibition of its kind to interrogate both the reality and the myth of the samurai. Tajiri's Ronin series was directly inspired by his samurai heritage and explores the famous tale of the 47 Ronin.
