In its centenary year, 2025, The Mayor Gallery proudly presents International Pop, a landmark exhibition celebrating a movement the gallery has championed for over five decades through more than fifty solo and group shows.
International Pop highlights Pop Art’s global political, cultural, and aesthetic impact—expanding the narrative beyond its American and British centres to reveal its truly international scope.
Featured artists include Valerio Adami, Billy Apple, Imre Bak, Pauline Boty, Marcel Broodthaers, Rafael Canogar, Sue Dunkley, Erró, Ferdi, Claude Gilli, Joe Goode, Richard Hamilton, Jann Hayworth, Jan Henderikse, Key Hiraga, Décio Noviello, Stano Filko, Mario Schifano, Emilio Tadini, Shinkichi Tajiri, Robert Watts, and Tom Wesselmann.
Works by Shinkichi Tajiri and Ferdi are among the highlights of this presentation.
